utility bill is due by the 20th of every month.

After the 20th, a penalty of 10% is assessed.

Shut
offs are on the 4th of every month at 9am. Balance PLUS
penalty must be paid by 3 pm of the same day to have
utilities reinstated by 5 pm.

Failure to receive a utility bill DOES NOT mean a payment is
not due.
